Who this applies to
- Companies with the Workday integration installed.

Prerequisites
- The Workday integration is already installed for your company.
- You have admin access to Org Settings.
Steps
- Go to Org Settings.
- Click Integrations.
- Click Workday.
- Click Advanced Settings.
- Find the Return to work setting section.
- Toggle on Automatically return workers from leave.
- Click Save & Resync.
What if it doesn't work
- If employees still aren't returning automatically, confirm you clicked Save & Resync — the setting doesn't take effect until you resync.
- Contact Tilt Support if the toggle won't save, or if employees still aren't returning after a resync.
Limits and exceptions
- This setting is off by default. You have to turn it on — it isn't automatic out of the box.
- If you leave this setting off, you need to return employees from leave manually in Tilt.
