How do I configure my company's settings in Tilt Org Settings?

Org Settings is where HR users configure company-level information in Tilt: Profile, Security, Cohorts, Integrations, Pay Periods, Benefits, Policies, Uploads, and Exports. HR users can manage all sections. Payroll users can only access Pay Periods. After implementation is complete, do not change the Benefits or Policies sections yourself — contact your Customer Success Manager instead.

• HR users can manage all Org Settings sections.
• Payroll users can only access the Pay Periods section.
• Your company must have completed, or be actively in, Tilt implementation.

1. Click Org Settings in your Tilt dashboard.
2. Select the section you need: Profile, Security, Cohorts, Integrations, Pay Periods, Benefits, Policies, Uploads, or Exports.
3. You'll see the configuration options for that section if your role has access.

• I can't see all the Org Settings sections: You are likely a Payroll user, who only has access to Pay Periods. Ask an HR user at your company to make changes to other sections.
• If none of these apply, contact your Customer Success Manager or use the Contact Us option in your Tilt dashboard.

• Payroll users can only access the Pay Periods section. All other Org Settings sections require an HR user.
• After implementation, do not change settings in the Benefits or Policies sections yourself. Contact your Customer Success Manager so all systems and communications are correctly updated and legal considerations can be reviewed.
• It is your responsibility to keep Tilt informed of any company policy changes. Tilt is not your legal counsel. For legal questions, consult your lawyer.
