How do I set up my company's FMLA and disability benefit details in Tilt?
FMLA rules, state thresholds, and disability providers — set up your company's benefit details for compliance.
Overview
The Benefits page gives an overview of your company's FMLA tracking method, state-level details, and short-term and long-term disability provider details. Tilt references this information for compliance notifications and support. After implementation is complete, do not change Benefits settings yourself, contact your Customer Success Manager instead.
