- Companies with the Workday integration installed.
Steps
- No action needed — syncing is automatic.
- Any changes made on either side (new hires, terminations, leave status, pay schedules) come through during the weekly Saturday evening sync.
What if it doesn't work
- If a change you made earlier in the week hasn't shown up in Tilt yet, that's expected — it'll appear after the next Saturday evening sync.
- If a change still isn't reflected after a full weekly cycle has passed, contact Tilt Support.
Limits and exceptions
- Syncing happens weekly, not in real time. Don't expect same-day updates after a change in Workday.
