What if it doesn't work

  • If a field is empty on a row, that data hasn't been entered for that leave yet. For example, Hourly Rate is optional and may be blank.
  • If you see NULL in a field, that data point either doesn't apply or hasn't been determined yet (like FMLA before designation).
  • If your report is missing the Leave Time Status and Leave Time Status Notes columns, this is a controlled feature that isn't enabled for every Tilt customer by default. Contact your Customer Success Manager to ask about getting them enabled.

Limits and exceptions

  • The Leave Data Report reflects the current state of your leaves at the time of export. Re-export to see the most current data.
  • The report shows all active leaves by default. To see archived leaves, use the View Archived toggle before exporting. See How do I download leave data from Tilt as an HR user?
  • Some fields are optional on the leave survey (like Hourly Rate). Missing values mean the field was left blank rather than filled in with zero.
  • The Tilt LSM column shows the assigned Leave Specialist. The column header still reads "LSM" — a legacy label that will be updated in a future release.
